I had fun days staying at this low cost hotel. Tasty slices of fresh bread, muesli and cheese, overall the breakfast was gorgeous and satisfactory. I asked for double room and it was recently renovated with a single bed.

The charm of Hotel Perrin really stands out. The vintage decor feels warm and inviting. Staff were helpful. Giovanni at the reception was a true highlight, always cheerful and accommodating. The room had a lovely gabled roof that added character, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable with high-quality pillows. Breakfast featured a decent variety, including delicious scrambled eggs and fresh fruit. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel. I struggled with the air conditioning. It seemed unavailable, forcing me to rely on the open windows during a hot August night. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, reportedly due to city sewage work, which disrupted my overall experience. Despite these issues, I found the ambiance to be enchanting, perfect for a cozy getaway.

The clean and newly renovated superior single room provided a cozy atmosphere, complemented by the charming and attentive staff. Enjoying homemade preserves at breakfast added a good touch. Noise levels from the street were disruptive, and despite reserving parking, I had to find it blocks away. These issues somewhat overshadowed the positive experience.

classy but needs minor improvements
For a single night stay, the ambiance of the hotel really stood out with its elegant decor, which I found charming. The breakfast offered a good selection that felt personal, especially the freshly made scrambled eggs served at the table. The staff's warm hospitality added a genuine touch to my experience, particularly the friendly reception staff who made me smile. The city view from my room was enchanting.
I encountered a bit of noise from the street outside that disrupted my sleep.

Charming hotel with stylish decor and comfy rooms. Great value for money and a cozy atmosphere. The location is perfect, super close to the train station for all those travel plans.
But honestly, those creaky floors was nice. And the room had an odd smell. It wasn't exactly what I had in mind for my stay.
